  • Payment is processed securely through our chosen payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders that are on back order or pre-order may take up to 2 weeks for stock arrival before shipping.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules and location.

  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Broken or damaged products upon delivery must be reported to us within 2 days of arrival. Claims made after this period will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Product Information & Availability

  • We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours and details may vary depending on your device screen.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
