  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Back Orders & Pre-Orders

  • Products marked as back order or pre-order may take up to 2 weeks for stock arrival before shipping.

  • You will be notified if your order includes back-ordered or pre-ordered items, along with the estimated arrival time.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier service used.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight.

  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

  • We currently deliver within South Africa.

6. Damaged or Broken Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@ryumi.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  • Claims made after 2 days will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or factors outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

  • If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.
